How To Make Your Background Image Stationary

In this code, two beautiful lines follow the mouse. And whenever the mouse does not move, these two lines rotate around the pointer, and whenever the mouse moves, these two lines follow the cursor. The color of these two lines changes every time your website page is loaded and their colors are selected randomly which makes this code more beautiful for the mouse cursor on your website.
